Ultra tight jeans, tight short shorts, very short sleeved Tshirts and Vnecks, swooping fringe hair and all the colours of the rainbow accessories. Doesn’t it seem to anyone else that todays mens fashion is gay?
Whats an average guy like me supposed to wear to be trendy without looking quite so gay?

*no offense intended toward gay people even they must be confused by the trends*

alright i have an idea of what im going to wear but im not sure how it will look..

    1. black dress pants.
2.black long sleeve plain collar shit.

now i was wondering if a sweatervest and and a tie would look good.. and what colors

I think a light grey sweatervest would look great and perhaps a silvery tie :) – to break up the color a little, also get some great cuff links – attention to detail is important! Have fun :)

I guess this question is open to anyone who is into Fashion…Im trying to revamp my wardrobe and need a little help as to where to shop…I would like to find a website that has pictures of different outfits…as opposed to buying a magazine…I dont really care if its this seasons or lasts or whatever…just as long as it looks good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well what do you currently wear?

Every guy needs good classic polos. Ralph Lauren and Lacoste do great jobs of providing classic polos that you can wear with jeans or even pants.

How about good button downs? Get ones that FIT. Go for a modern day fit. This a pair of jeans and rolled sleeves is a classic style that is always going to be in.

What kind of jeans do you wear? Jeans seam like simple buy but they’re actually a key fact into any wardrobe. Diesel is by far a leader in the Jean company. Get a good fit.. one that isn’t baggy.. baggy is out and just ugly to look at. Also, try lucky brand jeans. Their Vintage Straight Jean is amazing.

T-Shirts can be a major statement. Ditch those ‘Relay for Life’ Shirts and go for a good vintage tee. Guess, Diesel, Banana Republic, and even Abercrombie and Fitch do great jobs of it.

As far as places to look online.. try GQ’s website. But you should really go out and buy the magazine. They have at least 20 pages of style etc in it every issue.

a simple outfit is good enough. thanks

girls/ladies have many fashion dresses to turn back on and say “hey gorgeous whats up?” even ugly ones too look good on fashion wear.

what men dress attracts the most?

    cheers

If you dress classy that’ll just about do it.
Wear clothes that are semi-fitted. Don’t wear really loose shirts or pants or really tight clothes either.
For shirts, go with black, gray, or dark blue plaid button-ups. T-shirts(especially graphic) are just not classy enough. But don’t overdo it with the dress shirt that you’d wear to a semi-formal event.
I would suggest straight-cut jeans that are a darker wash or even black without rips, tears, holes, weird designs on back pockets, etc. Also, please don’t wear your pants around your thighs; that’s not where they’re supposed to be.
Basically, you want to look clean-cut, classy, and not douchey. Class is very important.
Whatever girl you decide to go after, good luck.

I am going to be changing my wardrobe soon, and I want to do it with a main style in focus.
Its the syle with, Blue casual Jeans, A dress suit (blazer) tops, and leather steve madden loafers.

Is there a name for this style, or does anyone know of a mens fashion site that talks about it.
Yall are crazy, maybe im describing it wrong, but its far from gay

  12. Anjie says:

I would call it casual or “classy yet relaxed”.
Good luck finding a site that talks about mens fashion… Try a gay site.

  13. dicky says:

I need a nice pair of really trendy young mens dress shoes for my son who likes to go clubbing. He doesnt want anything old fashioned. something tha can go well with like a cardigan and jeans or whatnot

  14. dicky says:

Dress shoes should be classic rather than trendy but, regardless, look at Allen Edmonds and maybe Alden.

I am a 34yr old husband and father of a 16m old. I have tattoos and ear gauges. I Am getting to the point where I feel I need to dress a little more mature. I also want to look nice. I can’t find any sites with pictures or ideas for average everyday styles and clothing. Any help?

  16. dicky says:

So i was wondering where to start when it comes to mens fashion. i’m 15, rather husky, and very interested in fashion. But i live in Texas (sadly) and there’s not much opportunity to be into fashion/ or learn about it. Seeing as how i am going to be a sophomore next year, i want to dress to impress. Any info will be greatly appreciated

You can try going to Lookbook.nu
It’s a website where you can view people’s outfits and you can find inspiration from them. Here’s the link for men’s (on the right column).
